An MIS report stands for Management Information System report. It’s a structured report required by FMCSA with crucial information related to the company’s testing activity. The information includes the average number of employees for the previous calendar year, along with statistics of the company’s testing category.
This is a subscription for an annual MIS report and certificate of enrollment. The MIS report and the certificate of enrollment are sold as one. You will not be able to pay for them separately. Every year thereafter, your renewal will be automatic and you will receive a confirmation of payment by email. Once the MIS Report is paid and downloaded, you will not be able to cancel it. At the time of payment, a certificate of your enrollment in the drug testing program will be generated from our office and mailed to you in a few days.
