An MIS report stands for Management Information System report. It’s a structured report required by the FMCSA with crucial information related to the company’s testing activity. The information includes the average number of employees for the previous calendar year, along with statistics of the company’s testing category.
You will be receiving an MIS report for the previous calendar year or any other years that are available in your account that you want to purchase. The MIS report and certificate of enrollment are sold as one. You will not be able to pay for them separately. Once the MIS report is downloaded, you will not be able to cancel it. At the time of payment, a certificate of your enrollment in the drug testing program will be generated from our office and mailed to you in a few days. If you are paying for a previous year, you will still receive a certificate for that calendar year. If the documents are needed urgently, reach out to our office to the adsteam@accuratedrugservices.com to receive an emailed copy.
Your report will be available for download in the client portal under MIS Reports.
